Private and Buddy Classes
Beginner Yoga
This class is a minimum of 6 lessons. Learn the basic foundations, asanas (poses), breath work, and guided meditation practices. Build strength and confidence to take your yoga practice deeper.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
The word “vinyasa” can be translated as “arranging something in a special way.” In vinyasa flow yoga classes, students link breath to fluid, movement-intensive practices.
Hatha Flow Yoga
This yoga practice is friendly for those with wrist or shoulder issues. There is a strong steady flow from posture to posture with focus on strength, openness, stillness, awareness and breath.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is “the antidote to stress.” Students use props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets to allow their bodies to enjoy passive poses and experience the benefits of yoga with little effort.
Meditation
Meditation and mindfulness practice can reduce stress, calm the mind, and enhance concentration. Learn how to cultivate your own private practice through guided meditations.
